VII-08 Serious injury accident Any accident involving at least one rail vehicle in motion, resulting in at least one killed or seriously injured person. V-08 Road passenger Any person who makes a journey by a road vehicle. Drivers of passenger cars, excluding taxi drivers, are counted as passengers.
